Withdrawal
Remove the fuel tank.
Turn the fuel level sensor cover with a special wrench or pipe wrench and remove the sensor from the fuel tank (see fig. 4A.20).
Installation
Install the fuel level sensor with a new gasket to the fuel tank.
Attention. Since in most cases the gasket is deformed during removal. it cannot be reused and must be replaced. When installing the sensor, make sure that the locking tab of the cover fits into the groove on the fuel tank. Fix the sensor by turning it to the right.
