1. Check the clutch drive disc - traces of wear on the ends of the pressure spring (indicated by arrows) should be no more than 0.3 mm.
2. Check the reliability of the spring connection between the drive disk and the cover (indicated by arrows). No scratches or missing or damaged rivets are allowed.
3. Check the drive disk for cracks, burns and surface wear.
4. Using a ruler (1) and feeler gauge (2), check the flatness of the pressure plate, which should be no more than 0.3 mm.
5. Measure the thickness of the clutch driven disk linings. If the lining thickness is less than the permissible value, replace the linings or the driven disk.
6. Check the runout of the driven disk, which should be no more than 0.5 mm.
