Fastening the end of the stabilizer to the lever

Removal



1. Raise the front of the car.

2. Unscrew the two stabilizer mounting brackets from the brackets, having first bent the ears on the fixing plates.

3. Unscrew the nuts securing the ends of the stabilizer and remove the washers and bushings.

Attention! The nut on the right side of the stabilizer has a left-hand thread.


4. Unscrew the axle of the inner ball joint of one of the suspension arms and remove the stabilizer.

Installation



Attention! To facilitate the installation of rubber bushings, lubricate them with a soap solution and install them with the end with the smaller diameter towards the lever.




1. Install the stabilizer in the reverse order of removal, without completely tightening the threaded connections.

2. First, tighten the nuts securing the stabilizer to the wishbone, then lower the car, tighten the remaining bolts and secure them from unscrewing.
