Mount the bracket to the CFJ control unit. The potentiometer must be seated correctly on the damper shaft lever. The bracket is mounted on the centering pins and screwed tightly with bolts.
Connect the engine to the vehicle's electrical system.
Connect the vacuum line to the air filter.
Start the engine and warm it up to operating temperature.
Measure the engine idle speed with a tachometer.
If necessary, loosen the throttle adjustment stop lock nut and adjust the engine idle speed to the value specified in Section 1.1. The adjusting screw is shown in Fig. 2.126.
Tighten the lock nut and lock the connection with the nut of the bolt securing the stop that limits the movement of the damper. Put a plastic cap on the adjusting bolt.
Lay the flexible vacuum hose without kinks and install the air filter.
