Installing a new electric motor

            0

Connect the bracket to the motor.

Mount the bracket in the CFJ control unit. The potentiometer must be correctly seated on the damper shaft lever. The bracket is mounted on centering pins and screwed tightly.

Connect the engine to the car's electrical network.

Connect the vacuum wire to the air filter.

Start the engine and warm it up to operating temperature.

Measure the engine idle speed with a tachometer.

If necessary, loosen the throttle stop jam nut and adjust the engine idle speed to the value specified in Section 1.1. The adjusting screw is shown in fig. 2.126.

Tighten the lock nut and lock the connection with the nut of the bolt securing the stop that limits the movement of the damper. Put a plastic cap on the adjusting bolt.

Lay the flexible vacuum hose without kinks and install the air filter.
