Use extractive gasoline to clean the carburetor. Blow out the carburetor body with compressed air, paying particular attention not to damage the diaphragms and valves.

Jets can only be cleaned by blowing them with compressed air. The holes of the jets are calibrated and their throughput is crucial for the operation of the carburetor, as well as the entire engine. Fuel consumption is directly dependent on the size of these holes.

The carburetor is assembled in the reverse order.

After the assembly is completed, the main adjustment is made.

Screw in the mixture adjustment screw until it stops (screw lightly, do not tighten this screw). Loosen this screw three turns.

Adjust and set the float level in the float chamber.

To do this, the upper part of the carburetor with the float installed must be held vertically. By bending the float tongue in the required direction, it is necessary to obtain a size of 29±1 mm. measured from the body seat to the edge of the float, including the spacer on the body seat. After installation, the carburetor diaphragm should be well tensioned and its surface should be smooth.
