Description of the power supply system (Fiesta 2)

The 1.1 engine is equipped with a Weber 2V carburetor. Some versions of this engine have a petrol injection system, which is used in series in the 1.4i and 1.6i engines.

The 1.4i and 1.6i engines have CFJ fuel injection systems with EEC IV control. The fuel system of the 1.8 diesel engine is a pre-chamber diesel fuel injection system. These engines use CAV and BOSCH fuel injection pumps. The engines use injectors manufactured by the same companies.
