Dismantling the carburetor

Wash the carburetor from the outside.

Remove the upper part of the carburetor by unscrewing the two bolts.

Carefully remove the float shaft and remove the float with the needle (pic. 2.111).



Unscrew the needle valve seat.

Pay attention to the removed gasket. During assembly, it will be necessary to use a gasket of exactly the same thickness.

Unscrew the valve that shuts off the engine idle (closes the fuel supply to the idle jet).

Remove both main air jets.

Unscrew the entire starter (pic. 2.112).



Remove the emulsion tube.

When unscrewing the jets, mark the places for their subsequent screwing in.

Carefully remove the injection tube from the accelerator pump.

Unscrew the accelerator pump and take out the rest of the parts (pic. 2.113).



unscrew (pic. 2.114) enrichment device (engine full load).



Take out the diaphragm.

Remove the engine idle speed adjuster (pic. 2.115).
