Remove the top of the carburetor by unscrewing two bolts.
Carefully remove the float axis and take out the float with the needle (Fig. 2.111).

Unscrew the needle valve socket.
Note the removed gasket. During assembly, you will need to use a gasket of exactly the same thickness.
Unscrew the valve that turns off the engine idle speed (closes the fuel supply to the idle jet).
Remove both main air jets.
Unscrew the starting device completely (Fig. 2.112).

Remove the emulsion tube.
When unscrewing the jets, mark the places where they will be screwed in again.
Carefully remove the accelerator pump injection pipe.
Unscrew the accelerator pump and remove the remaining parts (Fig. 2.113).

Unscrew (Fig. 2.114) the enrichment device (full engine load).

Remove the diaphragm.
Remove the engine idle speed control device (Fig. 2.115).
