Removal
Disconnect the battery from the vehicle's electrical system.
Remove the air filter.
Disconnect the gas pedal linkage.
Place a container under the engine to collect the coolant and disconnect both flexible cooling system hoses.
Disconnect all electrical connections.
Remove the vacuum line.
Unscrew the CFJ device from the intake manifold (Fig. 2.133).
Installation
The CFJ petrol injection unit should be installed in the following order:
Clean all sealing surfaces.
Secure the CFJ unit and tighten the mounting bolts to the appropriate torque.
Connect the vacuum tube.
Connect the electrical wiring.
Connect the cooling system lines.
Install the gas pedal linkage.
Connect the fuel lines and tighten the clamps firmly with screws.
Install the air filter.
Bring the fluid level in the cooling system to normal by pouring coolant into the expansion tank until its level reaches the "MAX" mark.
Turn the ignition on and off five times. Check the fuel supply system for leaks.
