Removal and installation of the vacuum sensor in the suction pipe


Disconnect the ground wire from the battery clamp.

Unplug the multi-pin connector from the sensor (pic. 2.141).



Remove the vacuum tube.

Unscrew the sensor.

The sensor is installed in reverse order.

Removal and installation of the intake air temperature sensor


Disconnect the ground wire from the battery clamp.

Remove the multi-pin plug from the sensor.

Unscrew the sensor from the CFJ (pic. 2.142).



The sensor is installed in the following order:

Lubricate the sensor thread with silicone sealing paste.

Screw in the sensor and tighten to the required torque.

Plug the multi-pin connector into the sensor socket.


Connect the battery to the car's electrical network.

Removal and installation of the safety switch of the fuel pump


Disconnect the ground wire from the battery clamp.

Unscrew the trunk lid and find the switch in it.

Unplug the multi-pin connector.

Remove the switch. It is installed in reverse order.

Pay special attention to the correct connection of the connector and close it carefully. Check the operation and recovery of the switch by pressing the button twice (B, fig. 2.143).



Removal and installation of the speed sensor


Unscrew the nut mounted on the drive cable and disconnect the speedometer drive (pic. 2.144).



Unscrew the sensor from the gearbox. Install the new sensor in reverse order.


Installing and removing the voltage relay that controls the operation of the engine of the device and the fuel pump relay


Disconnect the ground wire from the battery clamp.

Remove the fuse box cover.

Take out the floor pad.

Remove the three screws securing the fuse box (pic. 2.145).



Remove the fuse box by tilting it down.

Replace damaged relays (pic. 2.146). Reinstall the fuse box.
