The automatic fuel pump switch is mounted on the side panel in front of the driver's door. Pressing the switch button indicates that the switch is on.
Removal
Remove the negative terminal from the battery.
Remove the front driver's side interior trim.
Remove the screws and the fuel pump circuit breaker. Remove the electrical connector from the switch (see Fig. 4B.6).
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. After installing the circuit breaker, press the switch on button. Reinstall the lower part of the interior trim.
