Withdrawal. Gearbox B5 and iB5
Raise the front of the car and secure it on stands.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the reversing light switch (see fig. 7A.19).
Unscrew the switch from the gearbox and remove it.
Withdrawal. Gearbox МТХ-75
Disconnect the connector located on the wires going to the reversing light switch and located on top of the transmission. Unscrew bolts and remove the switch of lanterns of a backing from a cover on a transmission.
Installation. Gearbox B5 and iB5
Clean the socket in the gearbox and the switch.
Install the switch with a new washer and tighten the switch to the correct torque.
Connect the electrical connector. Check the oil level in the gearbox and top up if necessary.
Lower the car.
Installation. Gearbox МТХ-75
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
