Withdrawal

Remove the negative terminal from the battery.

Disconnect the clutch cable from the clutch release lever and remove the cable sheath from the support bracket.



To access the clutch pedal, separate the fuse and relay box and move it to the side.

Remove the clutch cable from the pedal.

Remove the brake light switch from the brake pedal by turning it clockwise.

Remove the brake pedal bracket. Remove the brace from the end of the pedal arm, remove the axle and remove the brake pedal, bushings, spacers and clutch pedal.

If necessary, disassemble the clutch pedal and check the condition of its parts (see fig. 6.6, 6.7).

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Lubricate the pedal and bushings with a thin layer of grease before installing the pedal. On models with automatic clutch adjustment, install the clutch tension spring only after installing the pedal. Install the latch on the gear sector so that the tension of the clutch cable is minimal.
