
The key in the ignition switch can be in the following positions:
0 — Ignition off.
I — Steering unlocked. Ignition and all other electrical circuits are de-energized (except radio, clock, horn and central locking)
II — Ignition on, all electrical circuits energized, indicator lights on. This key position is normal when driving and towing the vehicle.
III — Starting the engine with the starter. After starting the engine, immediately release the key
After removing the key from the ignition switch, the steering is locked.
Attention: It is strictly forbidden to set the key to position 0 while the vehicle is moving.
