The manual transmission has four or five synchronized forward gears and a reverse gear. When engaging reverse gear, press the clutch pedal and after a few seconds engage the gear.

Four speed gearbox

To engage reverse gear, place the shift lever in neutral and move to the left, push down and forward.

Five-speed gearbox

To engage the reverse gear, set the gear lever to neutral position and, overcoming the resistance of the spring, move to the right and back.

Fifth forward gear is designed to reduce noise and save fuel.

Automatic transmission

The following lever positions are possible:

P - Parking

This position should only be set when the vehicle is stopped. The drive wheels are locked in this position, preventing the vehicle from moving. The handbrake must also be applied.

R - Reverse

This position should only be set with the vehicle stopped and the engine idling.

N - Neutral position

This position should be set when starting the engine and running it at idle.

D - Move Forward

Normal driving position. It is possible to move from position D to positions 2 or 1 while driving.

2 - Driving only in 1st and 2nd gears

Used when driving without a trailer on roads with ascents or descents in the mountains or when driving at speeds up to 40 km / h.

1 - Driving in 1st gear only

It is used when driving with strong ascents and descents.

Attention! At a speed of more than 100 km/h, do not set the lever to positions 1 and 2.

Before engaging the lever position in P and R, place the lever in position N and push down.

Engine starting

Start the engine only when the lever is in N and P.
