With the central lock, you can simultaneously lock and unlock all the doors of the car. Small electric motors are installed on each door as an actuator for the central lock. Control impulses are sent from the front doors - from the outside after turning the key, and from the inside by the door handle. The trunk can only be opened with a key or an internal lock. If the central lock fails, each door can be opened individually with a key. The doors of the Fiesta with remote control are unlocked and locked by pressing a button on the transmitter located in the head of the key applied to the car. The receiver is located in the housing of the interior light.
