Removal
Models before 1995
1. Refer to the procedures given in Section 6.
Models since 1995
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Remove the radio (or CD player), as described in the section 23 or 24.
4. Remove both steering column multifunction switches as described in Section 4.
5. Unscrew the four screws and remove the instrument panel trim.
6. Unscrew the two screws and separate the radio and clock unit trim from the front panel (see Figure 12.6).
7. Disconnect the multi-pin plug and remove the trim. If required, the lamp holder can also be removed by turning it counterclockwise.
8. Unscrew the two screws and remove the clock unit from the front panel (see Figure 12.8).
Installation
All models
9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
