Front wheel hub (dependent front suspension) — removal, installation and adjustment (Transit 2)

The procedure for removal, installation and adjustment is the same as described in Section 2 for vehicles with independent front suspension, but note the following differences:

• a) On cars manufactured before 1992, the wheel bolts on the left side have left-hand threads - that is, they unscrew clockwise;
• b) Skip the steps to unscrew the bracket that holds the brake pipe on the shock absorber;
• c) Instead of removing the guide bracket, unscrew the two bolts and separate the brake caliper together with the brake pads from the steering knuckle.
