SEQUENCE OF WORKS
1. When installing the front suspension wishbone, use new self-locking nuts.
2. Insert the wishbone into the front suspension beam, install the two bolts so that the nuts are screwed on from the outside. After screwing the nuts, do not tighten them completely.
3. Insert the ball joint pin into the steering knuckle clamp, remember to install the plastic washers. Use a torque wrench to tighten the pin mounting bolt to 50 N·m, then tighten the bolts by 90°.
4. Before tightening the bolts securing the arm to the front suspension beam, first install the wheel and lower the car. The rubber bushings will take a position that provides the required pre-stress. Then tighten the bolts to a torque of 50 N·m and additionally turn them by an angle of 90°.
5. Check the wheel alignment angles of the vehicle.
