SEQUENCE OF WORKS
1. Install the steering knuckle onto the lower part of the shock absorber strut and align them on the same axis.
2. Install the steering knuckle onto the drive shaft. As soon as the first threads appear, screw on the new drive shaft mounting nut by hand.

3. From below, install the ball joint pin of the wishbone until it stops against the steering knuckle (Fig. 13.18).
Further installation of the steering knuckle is carried out in the reverse order of removal. When installing, tighten the new drive shaft mounting nut to a torque of 270 N·m. Make sure that all brake components move freely and that the brake hose does not touch the body and front suspension when turning the wheel. Use a new mounting bolt and tighten it to a tightening torque of 85 N·m.
4. Install the ABS sensor, the gap between the sensor pole and the rotor should be (1±0.7) mm. Tighten the sensor mounting bolt to a torque of 10 N·m.
5. Place the vehicle on its wheels. Press the brake pedal and tighten the wheel hub nut to 250 N·m.
