Immediately turn off the engine and have it diagnosed at a car repair shop. If you have driven a little longer, your cylinder block will become unusable even as a replacement engine unit. This will unreasonably increase the repair costs, since the mechanic will bill you for a new cylinder block instead of the unusable old cylinder block.
