SEQUENCE OF WORKS
1. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it on jack stands. Apply the parking brake and chock the rear wheels. Remove the appropriate front wheel.
2. Remove the mudguard, having first unscrewed one screw securing it to the bumper and five screws securing it to the wheel arch.
3. Remove the front bumper.
4. Remove the side turn signal repeater.
5. Remove the spacer clamp from the front of the wing.
6. Remove the bolts securing the wing to the spar and front pillar.
7. Using a spatula or a sharp knife, carefully separate the wing from the body. To make this work easier, use a regular hair dryer, since the protective mastic of the underbody and the sealing mass between the wing and the body have been pressed together and essentially represent a welded seam.
8. Carefully remove the wing.
9. Clean the wing mating surfaces from any remaining sealant. Be careful not to damage the paintwork.
