Disconnect the high pressure pipe from the injector.
Disconnect the overflow fuel lines from the injector tips. Close all fuel line openings with plastic plugs or nozzles.
Unscrew the nozzle using a suitable Allen wrench with an internal polygon. Remove nozzle with washer (pic. 2.160).
The washer, removed together with the nozzle, must be replaced with a new one.
Screw in a new nozzle with a new washer and tighten to the required torque.
Connect the rigid high pressure feed pipe as well as the fuel overflow lines.
