Disconnect the high pressure pipe from the injector.
Disconnect the fuel overflow lines from the injector tips. Close all fuel line openings with plastic plugs or caps.
Unscrew the nozzle using a suitable socket wrench with an internal hexagon. Remove the nozzle together with the washer (Fig. 2.160).
The washer removed together with the injector must be replaced with a new one.
Screw in the new injector with a new washer and tighten to the specified torque.
Connect the high pressure rigid feed line and the fuel overflow lines.
