Clean the seating surface thoroughly.
Install an elastic hose on the pump nipple.
Install the pump with new seals. Tighten the mounting bolts to the correct torque value.
Install the eyeliner and tighten its clamp.
Attach the belt pulley to the pump.
Put on the V-belt and tighten it so that the long section of it deflects by 8 mm under the pressure of your thumb.
Fill the cooling system by gradually pouring the liquid into the expansion tank.
Connect the battery to the vehicle's electrical system.
Start and warm up the engine. Pay attention to the heating of the upper radiator hose. Check the operation of the fan (it should turn on). If necessary, after the engine has cooled down, bring the coolant level in the expansion tank to the norm. The expansion tank should be filled with liquid up to the "MAX" mark.
