SEQUENCE OF WORK

1. Raise the wiper arm.

2. Unlock the small ledge (arrow in figure 3.21) the brush hinge by pushing it away from the lever until a groove appears.

3. Press the brush down and remove it from the lever.

4. On one side of the brush, a rubber pad is fixed with two mounting brackets (pic. 3.22). Use a small screwdriver to press down on the tabs on the rubber pad and remove it from the mounting brackets.

5. Now, together with the side metal spring strips, pull the brush overlay to the other side.

6. Installing a new brush is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

7. Insert the left and right metal spring strips into the grooves of the brush cover and insert the mounting brackets into the grooves.

8. Insert the brush into the holder and secure the mounting brackets to the rubber pad.

9. At installation of a brush watch, that click of fixing springs in the screen wiper lever was distributed. Also visually check the fixation of the brushes, otherwise the brushes may come off the levers in rainy weather.
