SEQUENCE OF WORK
Endura-E engines
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the nuts and disconnect the wires from the back of the generator (Pre-mark pins and wire colors).
3. Loosen the poly V-belt tension.

4. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a back part of the generator (pic. 15.12).
5. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a forward part of the generator
6. Remove the generator.
7. Installation of the generator is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Features of removing the generator from Zetec-SE engines
1. On the reverse side of the generator, unscrew the nut, disconnect the wire from the contact «B+» and disconnect the universal electrical connector.
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the top emphasis of the generator.
3. Turn out a bolt of the lower fastening of the generator.
4. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the lower emphasis of the generator.
5. Get the generator from a motor compartment.
6. Installation of the generator is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
