Description of the five-speed manual transmission (Fiesta 2)

The five-speed gearbox has two shafts. The main gear with differential and axle drive are located in one housing with the gearbox gears. All these elements are lubricated together with oil filling the housing.

Different types of gearboxes have the following gear ratios:

	engines 1.1/1.4i	engines 1.61/diesel 1.8
1st gear	3.58	3.15
2nd gear	2.04	1.91
3rd gear	1.32	1.28
IV gear	0.95	0.95
V gear	0.76	0.76
Reverse	3.62	3.62

The final drive ratio is 4.06 (1.1/1.4i/1.6i), 3.84 (1.4i), 3.82 (1.6i), 3.59 (1.8D).

The volume of oil in the gearbox is 3.1 l.

Oil type - SAE 80 SQ M2C - 90087-A.
