6.1. Circuit breakers are installed in the fuse box.
1. Instrument panel.
2. Circuit breaker of the sound signal, breaker lamps.
3. Windscreen wiper circuit breaker.
4. Fuse panel.
The location of the circuit breakers in your particular vehicle is shown on the fuse panel diagram in section 4 and the fuse panel diagram in the vehicle's manual
- a) Remove the circuit breaker from the fuse panel.
- b) using an ohmmeter, check for electrical continuity between both contacts of the breaker. If there is no continuity, replace the breaker.
- c) Install a new or old breaker. If it continues to trip the circuit, there is a short circuit in the circuit. Diagnose the circuit in question (see the wiring diagrams at the end of this book).
