Connectors — General Information (Taurus 1 and 2)

Always disengage the tongue locks before attempting to disconnect internal connectors. There are many tongue lock designs (see illustration). The lock can usually be opened with a finger or a small screwdriver.

Place a small flat-head screwdriver under the tab and turn it outward, taking the wires and pulling them in different directions.
