1. Insert sample key 2 (Fig. 16.8) into the ignition switch (lock) and turn to position "II".
2. As soon as the indicator lamp 1 on the clock lights up, remove the key and wait until the indicator lamp lights up again (after about 2 seconds).
3. After no more than 10 seconds, insert the coded key 3 into the ignition switch and turn it to position "II".
4. The coding must be confirmed by the control lamp turning on.
5. To encode other keys, repeat the described operations.
6. The service center can replace the sample key and "erase" the codes of already encoded keys.
