Glow Plug — removal and installation (Transit 2)

Removal

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the voltage supply to the spark plug and unscrew the fuel supply pipe connection. Place the end of the fuel pipe in a small container to collect the leaking fuel.

3. Unscrew the spark plug from the intake manifold and remove it (see Figure 13.3).

Installation

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
